Joining TradeCall couldn’t be easier. Simply request a local number here and we will send you your new number with a quick start questionnaire. Then we will do the rest!

Inbound calls are free of charge and so are outbound calls to 01,02,03 and UK mobiles. The only charges you could incur are for calling 08 numbers, premium rate numbers or international destinations

Calls are simply sent directly to your mobile or any location/s you have selected

When you subscribe to TradeCall you will get out TradeCall app for you mobile (or mobiles) which allows you to dial out as you normally would. The only difference is the person you are calling will see you new landline number and not your mobile number

At the moment of someone calls your mobile or landline when you are on a call they will get an engaged tone. This changes with TradeCall. If you have a number of mobiles attached then it will simply ring the other mobiles. If everyone is on the phone then we can queue the call and play a comfort message (e.g. “Your call is important to us and we will be with your very soon”) then the call is delivered when someone is free. Alternatively, they can leave a message which is then delivered to your smartphone.

Once you use TradeCall the number is yours forever!

We get asked this a lot and the answer is yes, you can have as many as you wish. We have clients who have numbers for Southampton and Portsmouth, Manchester and Liverpool or a whole range to offer a local presence.
